PGS Helped Mother at Advanced Maternal Age Get Pregnant

Mrs. Wang, who has a 20-year marriage in Gan-Su Province, China, has been pregnant for thrice. Before coming to Lee Women’s Hospital, she was diagnosed with secondary infertility because of AMH lower than 0.01 ng/mL. It was difficult for her to get pregnant naturally. Also, chromosome abnormality was a highly possible problem.

Mrs. Wang came to Lee Women’s Hospital for IVF treatment. Through PGS, doctor could select embryos with normal chromosome to enhance success rate of fertilization. After 2 weeks, Mrs. Wang got pregnant with twins babies.
