International patients covered by Taiwan's National Health Insurance (NHI) may register at the general outpatient department using their NHI card. What is the difference between the International Special Clinic and the general outpatient clinic?

The International Special Clinic is dedicated to serving patients from abroad. Managed by international coordinators, we provide comprehensive support including:

  • Appointment scheduling and pre-arrival planning.
  • Logistical support (accommodation, transportation, and tourism information).

Currently, credit card payments are not accepted for these specific services.

  • Cash: We accept US Dollars (USD) or New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
  • Wire Transfer: You may wire the medical fees to our designated bank account prior to your arrival. Please provide the remittance receipt for accounting purposes.
  • ATM Withdrawal: You can withdraw cash from ATMs in Taiwan (please ensure your card's cross-border service is activated before travel).
