Congratulations to our genetic diagnostic laboratory for earning the TAF certification

Congratulations to Lee Women’s Hospital's genetic diagnostic laboratory became ★the first ISO15189 medical laboratory in Taiwan★ to participate in the “NGS-based PGS” project and obtained a TAF certification in October this year (2019)!

Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF)
The Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF) is the only body for the accreditation of conformity assessment against international standards. As a nonprofit and self-funded organization, TAF offers third-party impartial, independent and transparent assessment services.
TAF plays an important role in various international accreditation co-operations and has significant connection to other accreditation bodies, regional bodies and accreditation related organizations.
The TAF accreditation symbol is recognized and supported by Government and industries.

The TAF is also a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). Therefore, obtaining certification from TAF is equivalent to obtaining international certification!
