One out of every three IVF babies in Taiwan
One out of every three IVF babies in Taiwan comes from Lee Women's Hospital.
Since the 1980s, under the leadership of our founder, Professor Maw-Sheng Lee, our team has traveled abroad to pioneer reproductive technologies and has published over 350 international research papers. In 1987, Taiwan’s first IVF baby conceived through a procedure entirely carried out by a local medical team was born—with Lee Women’s Hospital’s specialists among the core members of that pioneering team. Since then, we have accumulated more than 40 years of clinical experience. With our TAF- and CAP-certified Reproductive Research Laboratory and AI-powered 4th Generation IVF technology, our success rates surpass many intuitions in Europe and the United States. To date, Lee Women's Hospital has successfully assisted in over 42,000 IVF pregnancies, helping families from 38 countries—including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and Japan—fulfill their dreams.
In addition, Lee Women's Hospital brings our “Pregnancy Consultation Meet” to the Philippines and Hong Kong, holding 8–10 physical events annually. Our medical team travels to these regions to meet with couples, explain the complete treatment process, and provide online and on-site international coordinator services during the treatment period, ensuring a safe and reassuring cross-border medical journey.

Medical Technology and Service Quality
Each year, Lee Women's Hospital invests over a hundred million NTD in upgrading hardware and software, training talent, and supporting research—surpassing the commitment of a typical medical center. We continuously refine our medical technology and service quality.
With nearly 40 years of extensive experience, our fertility team carefully manages every step of the treatment process, from personalized professional consultations and precise medication management to embryo culture and implantation, ensuring patient safety and achieving high success rates. We design the most suitable treatment plan for every patient.

Three Core Laboratories
To provide precise and personalized reproductive medicine, the Lee Women's Hospital Fertility Center has established three core laboratories, each focusing on embryo culture, genetic testing, and clinical technology research, ensuring that every step of treatment meets the highest medical standards.
Expanding Our Reach: A New Era in Fertility Care
Lee Women’s Hospital is committed not only to clinical excellence but also to continuous innovation and scientific research. We are actively developing next-generation IVF technologies and expanding our accessibility to ensure that more families can benefit from our comprehensive fertility care.
In 2017, we received approval from the Ministry of Science and Technology to establish a facility in the Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park, scheduled for completion in 2026. This site will serve as a hub for reproductive medicine and biotechnology innovation.
In 2024, Lee Women’s Fertility Center in Banqiao officially opened, broadening the reach of our fertility services. In July of the same year, we launched Phase II of our expansion plan, which includes adding an obstetrics and pediatrics division and 150 hospital beds. This initiative will establish Taiwan’s first teaching hospital that integrates maternal-child health with reproductive treatment, enhancing our ability to provide comprehensive care for fertility, pregnancy, and childbirth.
Creating Miracles, Guarding Happiness
With specialized medical expertise, personalized treatment plans, and relentless innovation, Lee Women's Hospital continues to support families worldwide in their fertility journey—helping them welcome new life and create miracles filled with love and hope.
