Under the leadership of Dr. En-Hui Cheng (Director of the Genetic Diagnosis Laboratory), the laboratory brings together a multidisciplinary team comprising 2 Ph.D. scientists, 6 M.Sc. researchers, and 2 B.Sc. researchers. With long-term dedication to genetic and reproductive medicine research, the team possesses expertise that spans from laboratory operations to clinical translation. Dr. Cheng and the team have published numerous SCI-indexed international journal articles in fields such as genetic diagnosis, embryonic chromosomal analysis, and molecular biotechnology. Their research covers Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A) and Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic Disorders (PGT-M). By collaborating with both domestic and international testing institutions and academic organizations, the laboratory has established a strong scientific foundation with high clinical value—becoming a cornerstone for the birth of every new life.
